New directions
Greetings,
As you can well imagine, when you remain open and available to new opportunities, you move quickly in the realm of achieving new potentials.
I accepted a new teaching position at a new center in a new city this week and am in the process of wrapping things up, preparing material to be shipped out and looking forward to the dynamic shift.
As you know, if you've read my novel, "A Century Is Nothing," or blog slog entries from China to Asia Minor this is my small way. You are only on this ride once. Experience and risk taking has taught me to dream and actualize it. On one level you might say, "We make our own breaks, create our own luck...We are the masters of our destiny."
So, I was happy to accept the quick and decisive offer from my boss when she called on Monday and asked if I'd be interested in moving to Bursa full time.
"Yes," I said.
"Great. You start next Wednesday."
"Thanks."
Carpe Diem. Seize the day. If you want to do amazing things you have to take amazing risks.
I am out of here Monday.
Peace.
